Welcome to the Girlguiding Cymru website! Girlguiding is the largest voluntary organisation for girls and young women in the UK with 600,000 members, of whom 23,000 live in Wales. We offer girls the opportunity to have fun, make new friends and develop skills. Girls can also attend special events and be selected for international travel.
If you wish to holiday in Wales we have a good selection of campsites and residential centres. If you are planning a holiday on the coast, our camp and pack holiday centre at Ynysgain in scenic North Wales may tempt you, or perhaps you may wish to visit Broneirion, activity centre and home of Guiding in Wales.
Should you wish to join us, visit our dedicated Girls section, which gives more information. Girlguiding Cymru is always pleased to welcome new leaders and helpers to our organisation and this would give even more girls the opportunity to join us. Our FAQ’s section should answer most of your questions, but please do contact us if you have more questions.
