SNOWDONIA APPROVED LEVEL 2 WALKING TRAINING WEEKEND

A Level 2 training course aimed at Adult Leaders wishing to extend their existing skills, to learn how to lead groups safely in the hills, and work towards gaining a walking qualification. The course will include practical and theoretical sessions on:
•Route Planning
•Leadership Responsibilities
•Navigation
•Equipment

There will be several led walks of varying grades from teashop walks to mountain walks. This is a perfect opportunity to gain further hill walking experience or to explore a new area. No previous experience of hill walking is needed, just a pair of walking boots and some enthusiasm!

ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE OVER 18
The full cost for the weekend is £55.
This cost includes food and accommodation but excludes personal travel to and from the venue.
